This form shall be filled by the participants who are registered as a MENSA member or their guest(s). If you are a guest, please provide the member ID who brings you in the "Mensa Member ID" field

If your guest(s) is also an active MENSA member (member in good standing), they are obligated to submit their own early bird registration forms.

Eligibility for Registration

• The special tickets for 臺灣門薩會員 are available to Mensa Taiwan member, Mensa Taiwan member’s partner/child.
• Members can register for the main event + Gala Dinner or the main event only.
• Members must be active members. If it is confirmed that a member is inactive, the organizing committee reserves the right to initiate a refund without further notice.
• Guests can register for the main event + Gala dinner or the Gala Dinner only.
• Optional events/tours will have a minimum group size requirement. If the requirement is not met, a full refund will be issued without any handling fee deduction.

Second Wave

The deadline for the second wave of early bird payment collection is the end of June(UTC+8), payment must be completed by the end of June(UTC+8).

Currency

All ticket prices are denominated in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Please be aware of the exchange rates if you are making a payment using a foreign credit card.

Payment Method

Only credit card payments are accepted for ticket purchases. Please make sure your credit card is eligible for international transactions and has sufficient funds to cover the cost.

Verification Email

The confirmation and verification email will be sent in Chinese. If needed, please use translation tools or reach out to our customer support for assistance. The email will contain essential details about your purchase, so please keep it safe for reference.

Refund Policy

Kindly review our refund policy before completing your purchase. If you claim a refund before 31st Aug, 15% handling fee will be deducted for refunds.

Registration Deadline

Ensure you complete your ticket purchase before the specified registration deadline at 31st Aug (UTC+8). Late registrations may not be accommodated, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The organizing committee reserves the right to make any necessary alterations or modifications.
